Here’s what you’ll find in your Peec AI sidebar and what each section does.

General

  • Overview: Your main dashboard showing competitive performance, tracked brands with highest visibility, top sources, and recent AI responses across all prompts. Use filters to focus on specific timeframes, models, or topics.
  • Prompts: Create and manage the questions you test against AI platforms. Set up prompts individually or in bulk, organize with tags and topics, and monitor their performance over time.
  • Sources: Analyze which websites AI platforms reference most. View data by domains (UGC, Editorial, Corporate, Reference, etc.) or individual URLs (Article, Comparison, Listicle, How-to guide, Product page, etc.), track citation patterns, and identify optimization opportunities through gap analysis.

Preferences

  • Brands: Set up and manage competitor tracking. Add brands manually or accept suggestions, configure detection rules with RegEx, and customize display settings.
  • Tags: Create labels to organize and filter your prompts. Use tags to group related prompts and analyze performance across different themes or campaigns. For example, tag prompts with “product comparison,” “pricing,” or “customer support” to track performance by topic area.

Settings

  • People: Manage and invite team members at company or project level. Control access and permissions for different users within your workspace.
  • Project: Configure project-specific settings including project name, domain, IP address, and which AI models you’re tracking. Export an archive of all chat messages as CSV.
  • Company: Edit your company name and domain. This is your main company account that contains all your projects.
  • Billing: Update or cancel your plan subscription and manage payment methods.
  • Subscriptions: Manage your project subscriptions and check your plan limits (number of prompts you can track, available AI models, etc.).
  • API Keys: Get access to powerful API features by creating your API key for custom integrations. Available for Enterprise plan only.
