# Delete Facts

> Delete facts by id. Deleted facts disappear from List Facts and are excluded from future fact-checking; verdicts already judged against them keep their original wording. Deletion cannot be undone. Returns per-item results { deleted, skipped }; the batch never fails as a whole. Skip reasons: not_found, already_deleted.
